AI by turnaround operators
RXI™ by Octobiz
Broken, but fixable. Know before the market.
An AI engine built by turnaround operators and calibrated inside live Octobiz mandates. Engine 1 identifies the companies that are likely to fail. Engine 2 shows which of them can be saved and how. Together they power our Stage 0 recoverability scan.

Illustrative
- Many companies, one question. Every dot is a company under pressure. Which ones can be saved?
- Engine 1 · Typology. RXI™ reads the figures and sorts each company into one of four distress types.
- Engine 2 · Recoverability. Each fixable company gets a recoverability index from 0 to 100.
- Triage. Go or no-go. Companies with a liquidation bias get no rescue plan.
- Your RXI™ scan. Result within 3 working days. €7,500, fully credited toward Stage 1.
The two engines
Everyone predicts defaults. RXI™ predicts fixability.
Credit-risk tools tell you whether a company will default. RXI™ tells you what kind of distress it is in and whether it can be turned around.
Engine 1 · Typology
Which companies are likely to fail, and why
What kind of distress a company is in and how soon it becomes critical: Liquidity, operational, leverage, strategic or covenant.
Engine 2 · Recoverability
Which of them can be fixed, and how
A recoverability index from 0 to 100, the probability of a successful turnaround and the recovery type of the company.
Triage
The recovery type answers the first question: Is this company worth saving, and by whom?
Balance-sheet-fixable
A good business with a broken balance sheet. A case for credit and fulcrum funds.
Operational turnaround
A healthy balance sheet with a broken business. A case for a turnaround operator.
Liquidation bias
Both are broken. Rarely fixable, and we do not offer a rescue plan in this case.
Not distressed
Not a target. Good news, documented.
